Mounting Interior Stained Glass Showpieces

Exactly what was needed!

This stained glass panel is 36” across. My client wanted it mounted on a wall. I could find no other company who offered a way to install it on the wall. Art Fitters’ brackets were perfect! The installation was so easy and the artwork was perfectly secure. Thank you Art Fitters!

Stained glass showpieces can grace the interior of our homes as well as windows. This beautiful, large stained glass work of art of a white dove carrying foliage is an irregular shape which presented a puzzle for the owner. Since it was heavy, measuring 36 inches across, it also posed a question of how to support its non-rectangular shape securely.

We're delighted that Gina discovered our Narrow Heavy Duty Adjustable Brackets which turned out to be a perfect mounting solution for the proportion of this stained glass panel. The unique way in which our brackets can adjust and fasten in any direction allowed them to mount it safely on the wall by installing the bracket backs in place, and then fastening the front portion of the bracket snugly against the glass to clamp it without any pressure.

Even in a space where you'll often be very close to it, these mounting brackets are a minimalist style so that they practically disappear. Here's a zoomed-in view of how they fit.

These heavy duty adjustable brackets are also crafted in two parts so that they can be firmly mounted in a manner that clamps the screen tightly without pinching. Take a look below for how they can be adjusted on the top edge at the final stage.
